Vladimir Putin's speeches are significant, as they reveal his thought patterns and illuminate the Kremlin's political logic and intentions. This platform analyzes over a thousand of Putin's statements spanning more than 20 years, collected by RuBase, and allows users to examine the evolution of semantic networks and usage frequencies of specific terms across Putin's terms in office.Public access to the platform is currently limited to a selection of terms from 60 concepts frequently used by Putin. Platform's public functionality will be progressively expanded with new analytical tools and broader access to the text corpus. Researchers interested in leveraging cognitive linguistic methods for in-depth analysis of Putin's speeches can submit study requests to russiaprogram@gwu.edu.
