Registry of non-profit organizations of the Ministry of Justice
The dataset contains records from five registers of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation: the Register of Other Non-Profit Organizations, the Register of Public Associations, the Register of Religious Organizations, the Register of Political Parties, and the Register of Cossack Societies. The data covers all records of organizations entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, with the majority registered from 1991 onwards, and enables analysis of the structure of the non-profit sector in Russia.

The dataset contains records from five registers of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation: the Register of Other Non-Profit Organizations, the Register of Public Associations, the Register of Religious Organizations, the Register of Political Parties, and the Register of Cossack Societies. The data covers all records of organizations entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, with the majority registered from 1991 onwards, and enables analysis of the structure of the non-profit sector in Russia.
The unit of observation in the dataset is a record about an organization. Data for each record includes the type of register, registration number, full name of the organization, PSRN and the date of its assignment, organizational and legal form, region, and organization status.
The dataset is available in PARQUET format and archived CSV (encoding: UTF-8, delimiter: ;). The dataset covers the period from 1991 to December 2025 and contains 491,221 records about 487,749 unique organizations across 8 attributes.
