The unit of observation in the dataset is a project submitted to a grant competition. Data for each project includes attributes such as project name, applicant organization (with INN (TIN) and OGRN (PSRN)), region, grant award status, project financial indicators, and detailed project description.
The dataset is available in PARQUET format and archived CSV (encoding: "UTF-8", delimiter: ";"). The dataset covers 2021-2026 and contains 100,535 observations across 29 attributes.
