Projects of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives grant competition

The dataset consists of the data on the projects submitted by Russian organizations to the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives grant competitions from 2021 to the first of two annual contests in 2026, and their detailed descriptions. The data will help to analyze the dynamics of state support for cultural initiatives and examine cultural policy priorities during this period. The dataset also enables analysis of the geographical distribution of grants across Russian regions.

DATA DESCRIPTION

The dataset consists of the data on the projects submitted by Russian organizations to the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives grant competitions from 2021 to the first of two annual contests in 2026, and their detailed descriptions. The data will help to analyze the dynamics of state support for cultural initiatives and examine cultural policy priorities during this period. The dataset also enables analysis of the geographical distribution of grants across Russian regions.

The unit of observation in the dataset is a project submitted to a grant competition. Data for each project includes attributes such as project name, applicant organization (with INN (TIN) and OGRN (PSRN)), region, grant award status, project financial indicators, and detailed project description.

The dataset is available in PARQUET format and archived CSV (encoding: "UTF-8", delimiter: ";"). The dataset covers 2021-2026 and contains 100,535 observations across 29 attributes.
